Must have been a really rough math lesson if it made him think of writing a will. I can only imagine how much terror spelling and grammar strike into his heart.

Posted by carpebanana in : Ramblings , 1 comment so farA couple weeks ago I finished the sporran for this sock monkey and have been meaning to get my hands on some yellow Sculpey to make him a wee banana for in it before I posted, but tonight I grow weary of waiting, so you will have to meet him without the banana.
Now, is that not a cool sporran for a former sock? I was contemplating dissecting a Beanie Baby when Miss Language remembered the panda pin which had been given to her several years back by an elderly lady visiting our church. She felt it would make a great sporran, spare the life of an innocent Beanie Baby, and remove any danger of her having to wear the pin herself. Nobly, I accepted.
The problem? This monkey needs a name. I cannot get past thinking of MnKee, but it doesn’t quite work. (How do you get the /n/ in superscript, anyhow?)
He also needs a cool kilt pin, maybe some argyle socks, and a sgian dubh. A very needy little monkey, eh?
