Pizza with the Kidlets November 8, 2007
Posted by carpebanana in : Ramblings , add a commentToday we had a treat: we got together with Friend 8Kidlets and 7 of the Kidlets, who we have not seen since May. Much talking, laughing, munching on pizza, birthday cupcakes, and singing of the birthday song for Kidlet #3 (if I am counting right). Followed of course by a sad crew on the trip home. Why is it that 45 minutes of math class is so much longer than 3 1/2 hours with friends? And Miss Dog Lover of course was disappointed that they were not willing to let her bring their new dog home with us. Life is full of such lessons.
Kidlet #3 proved to be part at least hobbit by bringing gifts to *my* crew on *her* birthday. I was too polite to check if her feet are hairy or not.
