Posted by carpebanana in : Bananalets , 3commentsDevastatingly Handsome, always a big spender, bought each of the Bananalets a sharpener when Staples had them on the big One Cent Sale. Some of us like our pencils sharp, so the electric sharpener gets a workout around here. Mr Music, however, has always been a scrawler, not caring if his pencil is no sharper than, say, a phone pole. But now that he is the owner of an Actual Functional Blade, his pencils are sharpened to a frightening point every word or so.
And that’s not all. Miss Language noticed some of our Legos have been sharpened at the One Cent Forge to provide weapons of defense and attack for the Little dudes.
And the I*Really*Didn’t*Want*to*Know*That moment: Mr Music let me know that his attempt to sharpen his fingernails was not (very) successful. I tried to deter repeat attempts. *sigh* Boys and blades, even if they are well-concealed in neon plastic.
