Today’s report here is we just got in from the pool and if I had my druthers, it would be sno-cones for dinner, but since someone has to be the responsible Mom-type around here, it will be Chloe sandwiches, cucumber salad, and steamed green beans. Chloes are sourdough bread with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves, and thinly sliced tomatoes, grilled. Yum on a hot day, probably even tortoises would like one.
